AZSPORT Waist Trimmer Review

When I originally received the waist trimmer, I planned on using it at the gym. But life happens! I wound up needing gall bladder surgery. The surgery was difficult for me and breathing was painful. So I decided to use the waist trimmer as a support for my abdominal muscles. GREAT idea! The band offered support so that taking deep breaths or coughing wasn't nearly as painful.

AZSPORT Waist Trimmer is completely adjustable, for those of us who need a tad bit more training in the tummy! The velcro closure is extremely adequate. It WILL NOT loosen up, so you are free to wear it during your work out without fear of it slipping or under your daily clothes for a little confidence. I give this product 5 stars!

Omega 3 Fish Oil - Triple Strength Review

I am very excited about this product. Along with most people, I am trying to take steps to live a healthier lifestyle. Obviously increasing my #Omega3 intake is one of the easiest steps to take. So when this offer came up, I was excited to try it because my Omega 3 Intake isn't what it should be.
If you are looking at this product, you already know the value of Omega 3 in your diet. Omega 3 Fish Oil by Quality Encapsulations is an exceptional product.

The daily intake is 2 pills, pretty standard. I am not found of the large pills, but the size is pretty much industry standard as well. What is really awesome about this product is that there is no fishy after taste or smell. 

I have thrown away so many pills in the past for that reason. And I also love that these supplements are triple the standard dose.

I have only been taking these for about 10 days. I really feel like they are already making an impact in my health. I am pretty in tune to what my body is telling me and it is saying, 'thank you for these #Omega3 supplements'. My pocketbook is also thanking me. The cost is very reasonable for these supplements. Overall, a healthier diet is the best way to go. But for those of us who do not like fish or, like me, just can't properly cook fish, these Omega 3 Fish Oil supplements offer us what we are missing in our diet.

The Copy: A Suspense Legal Thriller Novella Review

As many of you know, I am an avid reader. So when I was given the opportunity to read The Copy by Grant Boshoff, I said yes. I have not read anything by him before. The premise of the book is very intriguing.

The story is about a geneticist who is trying to retain the life he knows. He believes the solution is to clone himself. He soon realizes that cloning is not the solution and has only made things worse.


I enjoyed reading #TheCopy very much. The story was well written and thrilling. From the first page, I became engrossed in the story and couldn't put it down.


The Copy is available for Kindle (or you can get the printed version if preferred). This book is worth the price. I give it 5 stars.

First Look at DELIVERY MAN
